It's Shake and Bake...and I helped!

Kevin LOVES chicken cordon blue. I, personally, don't like pre-cooked meat and I can't afford the frozen kind. So to solve this problem I "invented" my own. Kevin thinks it's as good as Schwan's.

Chicken Breast, boneless
Shake and Bake
Ham (I use ham steaks thicker than lunch meat but you can use whatever)
Swiss Cheese

Butterfly your chicken breast. Lay your ham in the chicken then lay a thin slice of cheese on top. Close the chicken up and coat in the shake and bake. I usually spoon this on because shaking the chicken would defeat the purpose of all the previous steps. Anyway, once the chicken is coated put in dish and bake according to the box.
